The launch of the official website of the Foundations gives us the occasion to highlight the creativity and professionalism of the team in charge of managing and safeguarding the quality of our philanthropy. Over the last three years, we have engaged in a fundamental restructuring effort to maximize the efficiency and relevance of a network comprising a dozen foundations and numerous projects from Geneva to New-York , from Paris to Jerusalem, from Capetown to Bombay. « Return on engagement » is secured by a clear definition of our mission, strict selection criteria and the development of a tested evaluation methodology with each one of our partners. Our requirements are as stringent as in the financial sector. We investigate new models and innovative initiatives by measuring risks and outcomes, especially in the field of education.
Philanthropy does remain a passion. It is also a belief in our social responsibility and in the role that we must play in building a future for our children. We hope that the work of our Foundations inspires you in developing your own projects, whether modest or ambitious in scale, so that we can all make a difference.
